Uejima Tea Farm; Uji Premium Gyukuro

The Kyotanabe region south of Uji City in Kyoto is one of the most famous areas for producing award-winning gyokuro. This gyokuro comes from the well-known tea farmer Uejima-san who is based in the famous tea producing region Wazuka. This tea is grown in his fields in the Kyotonabe Village area.

If you like gyokuro this one from Uejima-san is definitely worth a try. It's a very smooth and umami full gyokuro that can be enjoyed across multiple steeps.

  • Steeping Notes: 4g / 60° / 1min - Resteep up to 4 times. Gradually increase the water temperature with each infusion
