This Japanese style Nabe cooking pots are amazingly versatile. Traditionally used for hotpots and stews these dishes have been made by special Bankoyaki artisans in Mie Prefecture, Japan.
Bankoyaki ceramics are famous for their heat resistant properties that make them ideal for cooking. The stoneware can be used directly on the heat. You can cook on your gas stovetop or on a bbq as well as using in the oven and dishwasher.
Use these pots to make soups, oden, hotpots or even cook rice.
