Deliveries & Returns
We are sure you will love the items in your order, however, if you are not happy with your purchase we will process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below:
To request a refund or exchange please email email@example.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
We will cover the cost of returns if the items have been received damaged, and faulty, or if there has been a shipping error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
Sealed products which have been opened e.g beauty products and hygiene-related products, feminine hygiene, dental care (toothbrushes, dental floss, interdental brushes, toothpaste) as well as any made to order/personalised products cannot be refunded unless faulty. We also cannot accept any returns of earrings.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the balance within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
A quick note on our packaging
We aim to recycle as much of our packaging as possible. Most of, but not all, of our products come to us plastic free. Some items come with biodegradable air pockets or dissolvable peanuts, some more delicate glass items have more bulky protection.
We collect, organise and then reuse these materials for packing up your orders.
Anything that we cannot use is recycled with The First Mile. This recycling company ensures that none of our waste, from either the shop or cafe ends up in landfill. The coffee grounds are used to make biofuel. Any kitchen waste is composted and other materials are organised and recycled/disposed of properly in an environmentally friendly way.
Almost all the boxes we send out to you will be recycled. Sometimes they are being reused for the second or third time.
If you are sending a gift to someone please do let us know and we will do our best to find a fresh new box however this is not always guaranteed. If we do buy new packaging we will ensure to buy from suppliers who use recycled rather than virgin materials.
Most of the wadding inside the boxes will also be recycled. We do not buy any new peanuts or fillers but we will keep and reuse anything we do receive.
We do buy tissue paper, tape & stickers. These are made by an ethical supplier with vegan inks and responsibly sourced materials.
